When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, mobile number, customer type, the service and city you select, and any project details you choose to share. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep what you send, such as your number or email address, photos and drawings. Our hosting provider may also log basic technical data, such as your IP address, for security and operation.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates and quotations, arrange site surveys and follow up on your project. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers we rely on to run this website and deliver your messages, such as hosting, email and WhatsApp, or where the law requires it. The site also embeds a Google Maps map; when it loads, Google may collect technical data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to respond to your request and perform any resulting contract, or for as long as applicable regulations require, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights under the PDPL
